Streptomycin sulfate is an aminocyclitol glycoside antibiotic which interferes with protein synthesis in prokaryotes.
This Streptomycin sulfate antibiotic is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is frequently used in cell culture media. Streptomycin inhibits protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit at the S12 protein thereby inducing a misreading of the genetic code, inhibiting the initiation of translation of DNA which then results in death for a susceptible bacterium.
Streptomycin sulfate is Used for tuberculosis, brinell and non hemolytic hammer coli caused by infective
endocarditis, plague and tularemia, influenzae and gram-negative bacteria infection treatment.
Lidocaine hydrochloride is characterized by strong penetration, strong dispersion, rapidly onset. The anesthetic performance is twice that of procaine and the toxicity is1. There is an anesthetic effect after 5 minutes treatments, and anesthesia can last 1 to 1.5 hours, 50% longer than procaine. The drug is effective on the heart of the disease or arrhythmia caused by cardiac glycoside, but on the supraventricular tachycardia is poor. This product is fast and oral ineffective, with short duration, and often used as intravenous administration.
