Description: 
Alpha-Amylase is made from Bacillus subtilis,through fermentation and extraction method.
This product can hydrolyze starch into dextrin of different length and other low molecular sugar,glucose,and altose,decrease the viscosity of starch paste.
 
Function

1.Increase utilization of starch in grains.
2. Possibilities to use cheaper and low quality feedstuff. 
3. Enable weaning animals adapt to new feeding mold smoothly.
4. Greater productivity of meats and eggs.

Application

1. Beer industry: The recommended dosage is 0.4-0.8L of the enzyme preparation per ton of total raw materials, added at liquefaction. However, the optimal dosage depends on the composition of the raw materials and the specific process parameters and should be determined by testing different dosages at the brewery.
2. Alcohol industry: Add this enzyme 0.4-1L per ton of total raw materials with pH 5.0-6.0.
3. Fruit juice industry: Improve the transmittance of juice and prevent turbidity. Dosage is 0.02-0.1L/T juice pulp.
